It feels a bit like this summer is never going to end. Or, if it does then we’re all going with it. Nevertheless, we’ve begun gearing up for this year’s End of the Road Festival which means in no uncertain terms that the end of summer is in sight. This years festival is a special one for us at JOL Intl. as we have four of our beloved artists gracing the stages this year; Perfect Binding will kick off proceedings at The Folly on the Thursday evening, Al Cologne opens up the boat stage on Friday, Lichen will soothe everyone’s sore heads at midday saturday on the hallowed Garden Stage, and Ohtis will be enchanting us at 5PM on Sunday at the magical Talking Heads. We’re busy making sure all of the above will have plenty of physical media to sell across the weekend and the good folks at Rough Trade will be providing us with a concession at their stall this year - we are one step closer to total market domination 👾 And if you’re there, be sure to check out The Song Gallery, another JOL adjacent project with a very exciting lineup…

And beyond the festival, we’re really excited to be welcoming Ohtis back to the UK at the start of September, kicking off with a Sunday evening performance at End of the Road. Not to be missed! More Ohtis news very soon! Tickets available here. Dates at the bottom of this email.

It’s almost been a whole year now since we released the brilliant self-titled debut EP by Perfect Binding. This was a digital only release at the time but we’ve been inundated with requests for physical product, and we pride ourselves on being reactionary so here it is - for the first time on limited edition cassette and digipak CD. These will be available at the band’s upcoming festival and headline appearances and on our webstore/bandcamp WHILST STOCKS LAST!
