april fools. hello and i hope this finds you well. the joy of life heavy duty shelving unit is heaving under the strain of upcoming releases (and the 300 ‘john’ singles that just won’t budge) and all of it is TOP QUALITY STUFF and absolutely ESSENTIAL LISTENING as we move into spring. i’ve been giving the website a bit of a spring clean too. head over there and treat yourself. we have live pre-orders for of iyrn and dunce, and recent physical releases from al cologne and lichen. also very exciting news of an ohtis uk tour, so read on and I will be in touch again in a month x

Lo - DUNCE (OUT 1ST MAY)

We’ve had Lo, the second full length offering from DUNCE, on repeat for the past year now and it’s very exciting to be able to start letting the rest of the world in on it. DUNCE is the recording project of South London-based musician and artist Tom Armstrong. Emerging from the collaborative currents of the city’s experimental music scene, the project was formed as a space for Armstrong to explore improvisation, analogue process, and the expressive possibilities of the trumpet. The album is released in full a month today (May 1st) and is available to pre-order now on limited edition cassette tape with artwork by Elliot Batten. And you can get a feel for what’s in store by having a listen to Glass, streaming everywhere now.

Bury Me - Of Iyrn (OUT 2ND JUNE)

In mid-March we announced the upcoming release of Bury Me, the incredible debut EP from London-via-Black-Country outfit Of Iyrn. The EP is out on June 2nd and we have a short run of hand-cut 10” vinyl EP’s available to pre-order now. These will be worth a fortune one day. Lead single Turn It Red accompanied the announcement and is streaming everywhere now.
